NeuroSynth is a platform for large-scale, automated synthesis of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data extracted from published articles.
This package provides an atlas for use with FSL (and FSLview in particular) containing prior and posterior probabilities expressed as z-scores of relevance of corresponding terms to any given brain location. Statistical maps should correspond to the one currently found on http://beta.neurosynth.org. Only 100 of most popular (by number of articles) terms are included to provide a lightweight version of the atlas.
Disclaimer: this atlas is not a part of official FSL distribution and at the moment requires patched fslview (available in NeuroDebian) for correct visualization.
