python-spykeutils – utilities for analyzing electrophysiological data

spykeutils is a Python library for analyzing and plotting data from neurophysiological recordings. It can be used by itself or in conjunction with Spyke Viewer, a multi-platform GUI application for navigating electrophysiological datasets.
