python-stfio – Python module to read common electrophysiology file formats.

The stfio module allows you to read common electrophysiology file formats from Python. Axon binaries (abf), Axon text (atf), HEKA (dat), CFS (dat/cfs), Axograph (axgd/axgx) are currently supported.
